Since 2-3 days ago, I am unable to acces the Learing Paths. When I open the link I am met by a "Log in" page. I click on the "Log in" button, which then opens a login options page. Upon trying to complete the certifications, the ENOVIA Collaborative Business & Industry Innovator shows that the content is not accessible, whereas the CATIA 3D Innovator does not have credits. Why can the Digitized Shape Design workbench in V5 import STL files normally, while the Digitized Shape Design workbench in 3DEXPERIENCE cannot? Moreover, the import entry cannot be found. I make 3D models in SolidWorks and export it as .stl file to print the model using a 3D printer. Everytime I make a model with curved surfaces, such as sphere and cylinder, the 3D printed model has a grid pattern on the curved surfaces. Is there any way to vanish the pattern to get smooth curved surfaces in the actual model? I notice that the model already has the grid pattern when I import it to a slicer software for the 3D printer that I use.

Faulty CATIA 3D Innovator Learning Path Instructions

I have followed the instructions to the letter, but some CATIA functions simply do not work how the tutorial says they do.
