Hello 3DEXPERIENCE Edu Team,

I am responsible for CAD for FIRST Tech Challenge team FRITES (20991), and I was listed as the team leader on the 3DEXPERIENCE Challenge registration form. My account is alexandru@popescu.is.

I am currently trying to set up and manage our team workspace, but it appears that we have only received partial access. At the moment, my account has been granted only the 3DSwymer and Collaborative Industry Innovator roles.

As a result, we are unable to access the CAD tools we need, and I am also unable to manage or assign roles to our team members.

Since I was listed as the team leader on the registration form, I expected to have the necessary permissions to manage the team members' roles and access. However, I currently cannot do so.

Could a moderator or support agent please check our team's access and grant my account the necessary permissions to properly set up and manage the 3DEXPERIENCE workspace for our team, including access to the appropriate CAD tools?

If additional verification is required, I would be happy to provide the original Excel file that was submitted.

Any help with resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
