Hi,

I'm trying to download SOLIDWORKS 2026 SP3.2 using my Student license, but I keep getting a "Download Error" ("General download error") in the Installation Manager. This happens both with the automatic download and when downloading files manually through the browser (I get "An error occurred while processing your request" from dl-ak.solidworks.com / errors.edgesuite.net).

Troubleshooting steps I've already tried, with no change in the result:
- Fully disabled my antivirus (Avast), including all shields
- Tested on two completely different networks (home Wi-Fi and mobile data)
- Ping to dl-ak.solidworks.com resolves correctly with 0% packet loss
- No proxy configured (checked Windows proxy settings)
- Reset Winsock/TCP-IP stack and flushed DNS
- Checked the hosts file (no entries blocking SolidWorks domains)
- Plenty of free disk space
- Ran the Installation Manager as Administrator
- Cleared and restarted the download from scratch

The error persists in every scenario. Could you please check on your end if there's an issue with my account/entitlement, or provide an alternative download link?
