I am experiencing an issue when trying to take the 3DEXPERIENCE Mechanical Designer [hands-on] for Students - Associate certification test from my portal.

Whenever I click on the "Take Exam" button, the popup dialog appears showing:

"Something went wrong. Please try again after some time. If the problem persists, contact your administrator."

My dashboard displays 2 attempts remaining and 0 Credits fee, but I cannot launch the assessment. I have attached a screenshot showing the exact error for your reference.

Could you please check this and guide me on how to access and start the exam properly?

I would really appreciate your help in resolving this issue.
