I am having difficulties in my college class "EGTECH-10" at chaffey college, when I wen to make my 3dexperience account I used the student option and put my school and corse as asked, however, My account type still says "guest" even after purchasing the \\\$60 student license subscription, it worked on a laptop I was using but I wanted to transfer the license key to my main (more beefy) computer at my house, I deactivated the license on the laptop it was originally on then signed out, but because my account type is a "guest" it wont let me log back in to even the laptop to reactive the key or log in anywhere to be able to re-register my license key. Last thing: in doing this and my account being a type of "guest", I don't have access or authorization to look at any lessons for the course I'm taking, nor can I look at any lesson plans on the 3DEXPERIENCE as it says "You don't have access to this 3DEXPERIENCE Platform." and to "Use a different account"(this is the only account I have and have created step by step as shown for stgarting the class I'm in). Can someone help me so I don't have to buy another copy of the student version of the license/registration device key? I have the original registration key in my email (that's now deactivated but can be reactivated) and my reference number for the purchase. (KEEP IN MIND MY SOLIDWORKS DESIGN 2026  STUDENT VERSION USED TO WORK ON THE LAPTOP, THEN I DEACTIVATED THE KEY TO REACTIVATE IT ON MAIN COMPUTER). Cannot log back into SolidWorks or 3DEXPERIENCE due to "Account Type : "Guest"": Need changed to "Student" ASAP
