Whenever I trigger an import—whether dragging and dropping the file into the workspace, clicking the "+" icon in the top right, or using the Import option in the Tools menu—I get the following error pop-up:
Import command : Error An error occurred while launching the import experience command (or "An error occurred while launching the experience command")
