I recently purchased the 3DEXPERIENCE Engineer Student Edition license. However, I am currently unable to access the certification content.

Whenever I try to start a certification, I receive the following message:

“Content is not accessible to you — kindly contact your admin.”

Could you please let me know how I can resolve this issue and gain access to the certification content?
