Dear 3DEXPERIENCE Edu Support Team,

I am a student user with an active 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA Student subscription.

ORDER ID = ORD780166653360

My CATIA Student dashboard clearly shows the “All Inclusive Learning Package”, which states that the package includes three certifications. I can also see the 3DEXPERIENCE Mechanical Designer [hands-on] for Students – Associate certification in my Certifications dashboard.

However, when I click Start Certification, I receive the following error:

“Content is not accessible to you. Kindly contact your admin.”

I have already verified that my account has the following roles:

• 3D Innovator Student
• 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA Student
• 3DSwym
• Platform Manager

Since the Mechanical Designer certification is shown as included in my CATIA Student package, could you please check my account's certification entitlement and enable access to the exam?
