i purchased a veteran license back in April and had it installed on my Dell PC. i was having a lot of problems with it because of its age. i tried to clean it out but ended up wiping the whole hard drive.. i wanted something new to have around the house so i purchased a new Lenovo think pad strong enough to run the program  i forgot about transferring the license and im sure the license was pry somehow linked to the pc serial number anyway. So, instead of reapplying, i went and just used the same link i received from SolidWorks and sent another 20 bucks for a new Veteran license. My bank statement shows the new payment to Cleverbridge on Sept 3 but i haven't received anything from them yet. is there someone here that can straighten this out for me??
