IP Export Control Log, does it work? And where is IP Security Log?

Hi all, I have two quesitons regarding IP Export and IP Security Log. Hope anyone can help 🙂 Have anywone get something good from the IP Export Control Log? Minutes of meeting management

I am looking for a way, in addition to project management in ENOVIA, to record meeting notes from APQP (Minutes of Meeting). Within Collaborative Task under the In Work group, I can assign tasks to a specific person and add comments, which that person can then act upon. However, these comments are only visible to that individual and myself. The issue arises when I am on leave: no one else can see those comments except the assigned person and me. Even if I use the @mention function to reference

I really like the concept, it seems like a powerful tool, but the classification information feels difficult to access for the average user. With definition libraries, attributes show up directly in the main properties panel of an object, which makes them easy to use. 3DSearch Export - Date Format Problems

I'm exporting a 3DSearch result to a CSV file. Here's my first 5 rows of the Modification Date column, in 3DX: And here's the same first 5 rows in the CSV export: You can see the first two dates (both with the day less than 12, ie 9th and 3rd) have had the PM removed after the timestamp. Strangely, they've also had an extra space added between the date and time. Whereas the following 3 dates (all the day more than 12, ie 21st, 23rd, 20th) have come through with the same format as in 3DX.

Enhancement request: Bulk download Attachments/Specification Documents

We use the attachments to add spec sheets and additional info. It would be nice to have the option to download this in bulk at the root level. Similar to the functionality that is already present in the Derived Output tab. Upon customer request we would like to be able to deliver all spec sheets of the components used.

Enhancement Request: "Show duplicates" in IP Classify & Reuse

It would be nice to have the option to filter/show a warning when multiple object exists in a library class with identical classification attribute values. If you have a lot of items with a lot of attributes it becomes hard to keep track of whether or not an object with those specifications already exists. Of course you want to be able to allow duplicates in some cases, but it would be great if you can easily detect/show/filter out duplicates.

Route Management filtering routes

Is there a way to see all existing Routes in the database from Route Management app? We thought that deselecting "Owned by me" and "Assigned to me" criteria would be sufficient, but no Routes match the filter. Therefore, we are only able to see in this table view the Routes that are either created by or assigned to the current user. Hello ENOVIA User Community, I usually have multiple representations of my physical products (abstraction shapes, FEM Reps, etc.), and I always need them to be visible anytime I open the relevant model in a native app (Assembly Design, Structural Model Creation, Mechanical Scenario Creation, etc.) On the contrary, when I open it in a webapp (3DPlay, 3DNavigate, 3DMarkup, etc.) I would prefer to hide all the representations, or show them on-demand only.
