Hi all, Does anyone the reason for this "Fatal error, job failed due to no response from converter", or any idea what is the cause and what to do about this fatal error? It is an On Premis installation 2024x FD10 Derived Format Converter has been restarted.The service is up and running. Currently, the only solution we found is to attach a document through the Product Finder in the desktop application. However, this method is not very convenient and is a bit hidden for end users.
