I need help with one problem or suggest possible solutions. I have a route template with 15 revisions. One day, when I tried to create a route and use the template, I noticed that the tasks included in the template weren't appearing in the route. The route template also took a very long time to open. I had to wait about 20 minutes for it to open.
Afterwards, I created a revision, changed some steps in the route template, and set it to "Released." The template began displaying and was used correctly in new routes. However, two months later, the problem has recurred, and the previous solution doesn’t help—creating new revisions doesn’t work. The template also doesn’t open.
I'd like to ask how can I solve this problem with route template? Could the number of revisions created affect the template and its functionality?
