Did you know?

In the 3DSwym app, community owners can export posts, ideas, questions, and wiki pages as PDF documents.

This is useful for:

• Archiving purposes

• Makes it easy to share content with external stakeholders who don’t have access to the community.

How?

In the top-right corner of the content, select Menu > Export as PDF. Once the PDF is created, it will appear in your Personal Space and you’ll be notified. For wiki pages, you can choose to export the entire wiki or specific pages in the Export to PDF dialog box.

Notes:

• Images, videos, and other media will be displayed as thumbnails in the PDF.
• From the Manage Community section, owners can:
  • Extend this feature to users with the Author role.
  • Enforce a Confidential watermark on all pages of the PDF.
