• New Fields in User Profile Panels 
  The user profile in the Project Planning app includes new fields, color-coded maturity states, and improved guidance for the Business Role and Skills fields.

  Benefits: These enhancements improve integration with Workforce Management and make user profile management more intuitive and informative by adding contextual details, visual cues, and clearer field instructions, improving data accuracy and usability.

• Workforce Allocation: Task Assignee Compatibility Indicator 
  A color-coded indicator appears when dropping workforce requests onto users, showing task compatibility before assignment.

  Benefits: This enables workforce assigners to instantly assess candidate suitability through intuitive visual feedback, reducing assignment errors and accelerating the matching process.

• Workforce Allocation 
  You can match workforce requests to workforce users, get suggestion on candidate suitability, and assign workforce users to project tasks.

• Benefits: The Workforce Allocation page provides a unified, live environment for resourcing leaders, project managers, and workforce request matchers to understand staffing needs, assess candidate suitability, and act quickly on pending workforce decisions.

• Workforce Allocation: Popup for Workforce Request Information 
  A popup panel appears that displays detailed workforce request information when users hover the mouse cursor over consolidated allocation bars in the Workforce Allocation page.

  Benefits: The enhancement provides instant visibility into the composition of allocation bars, helping workforce managers quickly understand which requests contribute to a user's workload without additional clicks.

• Workforce Allocation: Actions Slide-in 
  You can use a command that opens or closes a slide-in panel that displays pending workforce requests and approvals for the logged-in user, organized by project.

  Benefits: This feature provides workforce managers with quick, centralized access to all their pending actions, enabling faster decision-making and improved workflow efficiency.

• User Profile Tile Enhancements (documented under Project Planner role)
  The tile for a user profile includes its maturity state and a badge for the assigned member.

  Benefits: Previously, user profiles were not visible as a separate tile in the tile view after assignment. Now they are visible with the maturity state and a badge of the assigned member.
