Hi, since a couple of versions it is possible to import CATProducts into he Reference Manager while maintaining their Structure. Which is super cool by the way! Unfortunately it just works when drag and dropping the files into the modeling area and go through the Import File Dialog. When doing so it show the following choices: Choosing "RefMan-Include" is basically the old behaviour. It gets imported but without any structure. Choosing "RefMan-Open" imports the file including its structure

Hi, the "Logical File Paths" in the Open and Save File Dialogues are very useful. Unfortunately it is not possible to re-name or re-order them. This means the only work around for, let's say re-naming or inserting a new one at the very top, is to delete all of them and re-create all of them. Is there any way to re-name or re-order them without this work around? It would be very useful if there would be something like that (similar to the Sections, Planes or Lists Dialogues). Hi, the "Labels" tick box in sections is super useful. But we noticed that for some reason it adds several identical labels to the same sections. We played around a little bit, and it seems like this behavior is purely down to the number of patches/faces. Please see the following example, I have up to 3 Labels on the same section (data provided as well). In the example below it would shoe the section just for Clipping Plane 2 (yellow). But we would like to see sections for all active Clipping Planes. Hi, this is something we already noticed for a long time over several versions on the "Fillet+" tool For some reason it's fillets are not as clean as the ones from the old "Fillet" tool. I becomes very apparent when extrapolating fillets. See here the exact same Fillet (G2, chord, 7CtrlP along, 6CtrlP across). Example, I want to generate a full 360° tube in Bezier geometry with surfaces of order 7. We all know that 4 segments are needed in order to get a perfectly round shape. We noticed that in the newer Versions of ICEM Surf the Modify Patch - Trim function is not working as it used to anymore. It is not possible to change the order of a patch in the function anymore, neither via Keyboard, nor via the drop down menu. The work around is to leave the Trim function, go into the CtrlP fuction, change the order and go back into the Trim function. It used to be way more convenient to do this directly int the Trim function. Especially during common workflows, like

I don't know what you have done to the Modify Patch - Trim function in ICEM Surf 2025 (using 2025.2) but I am getting many complaints from users about how poor it is compared to 2021.2. I know you have tried to make the function more consistent with Create-Patch Face but it is so temperamental and fussy now. Often now it won't trim to a Plane. In 2021.2 if a trim curve or Plane didn't quite connect two opposite sides to create the four-sided output, with Extrapolate on it would just do it, no

Is there any reason why Visual Scripting published geometry cant be added to an IDX Frame? Using 2025X-FD05. The published surfaces are in Default Frame, but I cant move them to the individual frames for SPEAKER_MESH and LIGHT_LENS I can create solids from the published geometry and add those to new frames:

The task is that the curves touch a defined boundary on a surface - speaker mesh, that has to allow a percentage of air through. Can someone explain why when I do this simple example using spheres to cut the original surface that it does not remove the "holes"? I am using Mode=default and the original patch is hidden. I am using 2025X-FD05 for reference. Spheres cut thru the surface OK: If I switch Orig to off I get just the holes.

This is just a general question for current IDX users. When using the Curve selection filter Q, by default this is set to select both 3D Curves and Surface Curves (edges). Personally I don't want it to do this. I would rather Q only be assigned to select 3DCurves by default. If I want both I will select Curves in the Selection Filter window. I find I am having to temporarily hide the surface visibility. Does anyone else find this an issue - especially when using Ctrl+MMB window selection?

In IDX - Frames: is it possible to be able to have a Preference for the both the colour and boundary display for Template mode? In this simple test scenario I have a patch and some curves. Curves_Q Frame is active and Surfaces_W is in Template mode. I find this quite hard to remember that the surface is in template mode because the boundary is still solid and green. Massively reduce loading times by using the Visualisation mode for importing Catia CatParts and CatProducts. It's easy to selectively switch to full Geometry mode if you need the precise 3D surfaces and Curves.

Can someone explain to me why when I customise the crown menu that after exiting the Settings menu the actual crown menu is incorrect? I am using 3DXP 2023X-FD02 I have OmniCurve at 12 o'clock position in LMB definition. And OmniCurveBlend at 6 o'clock. If now press "c" for crown menu OmniCurve is at 6 o'clock position and OmniCurveBlend at 12 o'clock?
