A SIMULIA e-Learning Resource
Created using 3DEXPERIENCE 2015x
Hello everyone!
This is the second tutorial of the 3DEXPERIENCE 2015x Physics apps tutorial series.

Scenario 2 Description
The assembly consists of two parts - a backboard and a hoop. Virtual bolts are introduced such that the backboard and the hoop are bolted together. A scenario with multiple static steps is created. The bolts are pre-tensioned in the first step. A pressure load is applied to a small section of the ring in the second step. A contact pair is defined between the surfaces of the backboard and the hoop that are in contact with each other.
At the end of this tutorial, you will be able to:
1. Make changes to an existing FEM Representation.
2. Modify an existing static simulation and introduce multiple steps.
4. Define and execute a simple static scenario.
