I’m trying to take the Associate-level certification exam, but I’m confused about the process. On Credly, it shows that the exam takes 35 minutes, but it requires credits — and those need to be purchased from a 3DEXPERIENCE reseller, which I’m unable to do.

However, I’ve already purchased the 3DEXPERIENCE for Students package, which includes four certification exams. I’m struggling to figure out how to actually access and take these exams. I’ve spent hours trying to sort it out with no success. Any guidance would be really helpful.
