Hello

I'm trying to use HTTP Connector to retrieve an xml file from a url (A) with basic authentication.  I am able to retrieve a different xml file using basic authentication for another url (B) with the authentication option set to either PP credentials or "Use Username and Password Parameters".  I have also tried using the "copy file" component to retrieve from url A without success. 

I can go to my browser (Chrome or Firefox) and access the website using my credentials and see the xml file in my browser.

I can access a url at a different part of the first site (A1) using the HTTP connector and the same set of permissions.

Does anyone have any suggestions for how to get this working or how I can get more information about why this is failing?  Thank you,
