Unfortunately I don't have images but this is where my career started and took me into the world of Electromagnetics. i was fortunate enough to work on these during my PhD over 20 years ago and also after my PhD and the theories behind them are even more so relevant today. I'm still honoured to have my work cited in literature today, and that my Thesis has been downloaded 1100 times. Feel free to google my papers or my PhD.
The handset product has been styled in successive years to reach more compact sizes and there has as a result been a reduction in volume available to house
The measured to simulated comparison were exceptional and ensured life critical systems would function as required regardless of the electrical losses caused by human tissue loading impacts.
The theory could be applied to different applications GPS, GNSS, Bluetooth, Wifi, etc etc. and it was also adopted for Satellite Radio in the USA where a 4Bn USD company was struggling with their solutions at the time.
As a result I saw my design in lights in 5th avenue New York, and was lucky enough to be nominated for a couple of international awards. Immensely proud of my work and what I achieved. Once an engineer always an engineer and the thirst never dies. To think this was just the start of my journey into Electromagnetics.
Good Luck to all those entering the competition - I love reading your innovations and imaginations.
