We're often asked what the project directory in fe-safe is for, or how it can be changed from the fe-safe GUI. While it cannot be changed inside the GUI it can be changed easily by closing fe-safe and opening it again. The last 5 project directories are listed in a quick-access drop-down and you can also select directories with the browse button or paste a path into the field shown. Once inside fe-safe, all settings that are generated are saved in a directory structure in the project directory, including the FEA models we Open in fe-safe, the Loaded Data Files, and the Loading Settings among others.
