Dear 3DEXPERIENCE MAKERS platform users,
Please be aware that we will be conducting a maintenance operation on the 3DEXPERIENCE MAKERS platform on Wednesday, July 27th, 2022*.

Meaning for You

During this scheduled maintenance period there will be a downtime on all services following the execution schedule below.

Make sure you have saved your documents on the cloud before the beginning of the operation.

Update schedule* detailed by region

  • Pacific Daylight Time (UTC -7): 7 PM on July 26th to 9 AM on July 27th
  • Eastern Daylight Time (UTC -4): 10 PM on July 26th to 12 PM on July 27th
  • Central European Summer Time (UTC +2): 4 AM to 6 PM on July 27th
  • Japan Standard Time (UTC +9): 11 AM on July 27th to 1 AM on July 28th

Post Update Actions

Discover our new features by updating your installed apps**.

The first time you launch SOLIDWORKS Connected after the update, you will be prompted to update the 3DEXPERIENCE Launcher followed by SOLIDWORKS Connected. You will have two weeks (until August 10th) to perform the update. Starting on August 11th, the update will become mandatory in order to continue launching SOLIDWORKS Connected.**

The 3DEXPERIENCE platform access URL will remain the same.

**SOLIDWORKS Connected, SOLIDWORKS Visualize Connected and Shop Floor Machining require an installation on your computer. From the Compass, click on the app context menu to display the currently installed version. An orange download icon indicates that an update is available to install within first two weeks after the platform update. A red download icon indicates that an update is required. A green download icon indicates that a supplemental update is available to install at any time.
