Dear DELMIA Ortems Customer,
As part of our on-going product lifecycle management process, we are writing to you to announce that, as of November 30th of 2023, it has been decided to end the support of the SentinelLM licensing system starting with DELMIA Ortems release 2024.
The DSLS licensing system, recommended since DELMIA Ortems release 2019 (November 2018), will now be the only licensing system available for DELMIA Ortems 8 release 2024 and onwards.
What does “end of support” means:
From November 30th of 2023, it will not be possible to ask for renewal of SentinelLM license keys. Until that date, we’ll continue distributing 3-months SentinelLM license keys. The licensing system of DELMIA Ortems must be updated to DSLS, either as Managed DSLS or DSLS installed on physical server or Hyper-V.
Unless already migrated, we are encouraging you to migrate to DSLS as soon as possible or at the latest in November 2023.
From April 10th, Dassault Systèmes will make available documents, tutorials and questions & answers sessions for customers and partners to have a comprehensive and relevant assistance on ‘How to migrate to DSLS’.
Meetings already planned:
- ‘How to migrate to DSLS’ – Zoom meeting – 1pm CET – April 11th, April 25th, May 9th, May 23rd, June 20th, July 5th (see PowerPoint & recorded video below)
- ‘Comment migrer vers DSLS’ – Zoom meeting – 2pm CET - April 18th, May 2nd, May 16th, May 30th, June 27th
During this migration process, we recommend that you submit a Service Request (customer support ticket) in 3DSupport app or email to DELMIA.Ortems.support@3ds.com for any question.
