Hi,

I've changed my PC, and since I had SolidWorks Student Edition (3D Experience) installed on the previous one, I requested the download via email, providing my Serial Number, and then I downloaded and installed everything without any issues.

Upon starting it, it asks me to activate the product online. I do so, but the procedure fails. I also tried the option 'dismiss old license to activate new one,' but it doesn't work.

How should I proceed? 
Who should I contact? 
Currently, I'm using the trial version 2024 ed. for 30 days
