Approval Process

You'll receive an email from SOLIDWORKS.NAM.Entrepreneurs@3ds.com confirming that your application has been received and our team is reviewing. While our team is reviewing your application, we’re giving you access to our startup resources exclusively for startups who have applied to this Program.
We ask that you read our 'Thank you for Applying!' message to you, as it contains important information about what to expect next. - Application in Review
Your application to the 3DEXPERIENCE Works for Startups Program is in review. This means that our Startup Program Team in your local geography is validating that your application meets the Program criteria.
You can expect to hear from our team in a few days to let you know if your application has been approved for access to no-cost software, or if there are alternative offerings that better fit your business needs. - Application Status and Next Steps based on your eligibility
If your application meets the Startup Program criteria (eligibility criteria), you’ll be connected to a local Partner to provide you software access and localized support.
If your application does not meet the criteria for this Program, we’ll happily introduce you to alternative Programs, like the Scale Up Program, and special offers from Dassault Systemes to provide support towards your goals.
In either case, you will likely be contacted by a local Partner of Dassault Systemes who will support you by completing the order for the no-cost and/or discounted software solutions that can best help to create your brand, product, and business.
*It is important to note that not all startups qualify for no-cost licenses for a full year, but our Representatives will work with you to find the appropriate solution based on your eligibility and regional availability.

Approved for the Startup Program
Year 1 no-cost 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS Cloud-based Roles or SOLIDWORKS Desktop Term licenses
- You will receive a confirmation email from SOLIDWORKS.NAM.Entrepreneurs@3ds.com
- Your local Reseller Partner will contact you to determine the 3DEXPERIENCE Roles that best fit the needs of your startup, will answer any questions you may have and will complete the ordering process.
Approved for the Scale Up Offer
Your startup may be a a better fit for the Scale Up Offer, this is typically because your startup is outside of the criteria for the no-cost option. Congratulations - this means your startup has received funding, revenue, or has been in business for more than 3 years!
Scale-UP provides discounted access to 3DEXPERIENCE
- 70% off 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS or SOLIDWORKS Desktop Term licenses
- You will be contacted by your Local SOLIDWORKS Reseller Partner to help discuss the options for 3DEXPERIENCE roles or Desktop Term licenses.
If your application is outside of the criteria for a Startup or Scale UP Offer:
- Congratulations! This means your startup has raised above the funding and revenue criteria limits for either the Startup or Scale Up Offer, or has been in business for longer than 5 years. That's a great sign that you are on your way to launching a successful startup!
If your business does not qualify don't despair! We would be happy to help connect you with alternative offers better suited for your business type.
