- Continuity of the user's hard drive. The content is user centric and synchronized automatically with the desktop thanks to Drive for Windows. - Files are organized in a folder hierarchy. - Accept all file types. - Max file size of 1 GB in 3DDrive widget for upload (but virtually no limit with Drive for Windows). - Last modifier wins, but there is a trash folder to retrieve deleted files and a history to retrieve former files’ versions. - Sharing is possible between users, but there is no way to check-in / check-out file.	- Collaborative cloud storage spaces where multiple users can have different roles and access - It provides product lifecycle management functionality (versioning, maturity, reservation) for the 3DSpace contents to provide seamless collaboration - In the 3DSpace app User Assistance page, there is a list of accepted file types - Save directly from x-apps, SOLIDWORKS Connected, and 3DEXPERIENCE Connector for SOLIDWORKS to Collaborative Spaces

SOLIDWORKS Connected is the SOLIDWORKS you’re used to but is installed and launched from the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform and has built-in platform collaboration and product lifecycle management tools.

Why should I use the 3DDashboard app?

This app allows you to create a customized page within the platform with various widgets and apps to help you create an easy and organized webpage for all your platform needs. Simply click on the compass > drag-drop your favorite apps into tabs and rearrange them to your liking.

Why should I use the 3DSwym app?

This app enables you to create collaborative communities within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to ask questions, make announcements, and propose new ideas to the other users you invite to your communities. The Conversations tab allows users to use the text, audio, and video chat options to communicate with other members of their platform. The Communities tab allows you to see all your communities.
