How The Quality Management Analyst delivers a single point of control over Manufacturing quality events, downstream quality incidents and history. Using this role users can: -Assign simple issues to team members depending on experience and roles -Analyze historic and active issues with KPI metrics. Quality Process models recommended for manufacturing are provided to guide, documentate and validate quality workflow. Notes: 1.This is the first GA (Global Availability) release of this role. 2.This role is available On Cloud only. 3.Business Process Player (BPO) & Business Process Tasks Credit Pack (BPK) are co-requisite of Quality Management Analyst role It is possible for QUY users to work without a ‘Business Process Player’ (BPO) role - but such users can then only view the record data and cannot actively participate in the processes. |
