What is the Quality Document Author role?
Enforce formal creation, authorization, management, storage & distribution of controlled documents based on common change process.
Quality Document Author is a collaborative, enterprise-wide document control solution that manages authoring and control of the document lifecycle. It provides organizations with a formal peer review and eSignature approval to ensure that the latest effective and demonstrable controlled document is available for the authorized users in the organization.

Controlled Document Management | Controlled Document Management formalizes the creation, review, modification, issuance, distribution, accessibility, storage, and disposal of documents based on a common change process. It is the foundation on which you can build compliance, accuracy, consistency, integrity, efficiency, and accountability. Define formal review structure, access permissions, retention rules, and regulated processes on templates. |
Change Governance | The Change Governance app provides a controlled, clearly-defined process for you to manage changes to objects within your organization. Users can create and manage Change Orders (CO), Change Requests (CR) and Change Actions (CA) across all domains. |
