Creating Revisions of Product Records |
Why Improved traceability thanks to the ability to revise Product Record |
How - You can now revise the Product Record to manage changes with complete traceability.
- Modifications or additions made in the Product Record are indicated by color codes for eased decision making
- Orange Color: This color indicates that the Object is modified after releasing the Product Record
- Blue Color: This color indicates that the Object is added in the Product Record after releasing it

How - You can now use the new Approvers tab for assigning and managing the Product Record approvers
- When you add approvers, the system automatically creates and assigns Approval Tasks to them
Note: You can also create more Assignee Tasks to validate the Product Record content.
