In some cases, you need to quickly update content being controlled by a Change Action, without working under this Change Action. For example: Fixing attribute value.
With this enhancement, the owner of the Collaborative Space has the ability to make the required modifications without working under the Change Action, which accelerates the modification process.

⚡Duplicating Change Actions |
Why Increase user productivity by allowing users to duplicate Change Actions to leverage repeatable information and eliminate definition errors |
How
A new command “Duplicate CA” is available from the Change Action that enables you to create a duplicated Change Action. The command is available from: -My Change Actions -Change Action ID card
The attribute values from the original Change Action will be copied to the new Change Action as follows:
-The out of the box attributes -Customer extension attributes -Deployment extension attributes -Members -Applicability

A new setting “Issue creation” is available for you to automatically add a selected object (from the Filter) to the new issue. The setting determines if this selected object is added to the new issue as: -Affected Item Or -Context

Sub Route creation for assignees to delegate their tasks |
Why Improve the delegation of your tasks to others through sub routes defined from your task |
How Once the route is promoted, you as a task assignee, have now the ability to create a sub route from the task itself You can use the sub route to delegate your tasks to others in the organization Note: •Tasks cannot be completed if the tasks in the associated sub route are not completed. •In the Grid view, a new column named “Sub Route Approval Status” is displayed to provide sub-route status. •In the Graph view, a new tile is added that displays the status of the associated sub-route.
