• Conversation Lifecycle Notification

  You are now always notified when an inactive conversation is about to be removed.

  Benefits: The former Community/Conversation Lifecycle preference has been split into Community Lifecycle and Conversation Lifecycle. The latter is now always selected so that you are systematically notified before an irreversible old conversation is automatically removed.

• Global Call Device Settings

  You can now set your platform-wide voice and video call settings for all your communications.

  Benefits: Call settings, camera, microphone, speaker and ringtones, can now be applied to your future voice and video calls.

• Meeting Scheduling Status Overview

  You can now have more additional statuses for your meetings.

  Benefits: As with the previous ones, attendees can see the new badges in the upper-right corner of the meeting header.

• Conversation Content Co-editing

  You can now edit the same content, for example a post, in real time with other conversation members.

  Benefits: Content editing has become collaborative, making teamwork seamless with real-time co-authoring and instant updates.

• Industry Business Analyst Ingredient

  The There is a new digest in my Channel trigger is added for Industry Business Analyst ingredient.

  Benefits: Actions can use the digest content as a rich text variable, for instance to create a 3DSwym post.

• Project Planning Ingredient

Two new triggers for 'When', Gate Description Changed and Gate Date Changed, have been introduced in Project Planning.

Benefits: You can trigger potion executions when the gate description or the gate date is changed.

• Input Parameters for Create Standalone Task

Create Standalone Task action has been updated to include new input parameters.

Benefits: You can specify the duration, start date, and end date when creating a Standalone task.

User Groups

• Exporting Groups for Members

If you have been granted the Export responsibility as a platform member, you can now export the list of groups visible to you. Previously, only platform managers or members with Import/Export privileges were allowed to export groups.

Benefits: Export capabilities have been expanded.

• Opening of DXF and DWG Files With External References and Stored in 3DSpace

  You can open DXF (Drawing eXchange Format) and DWG (Autocad Drawing) drawings that contain external references (also called xref), provided that they are hosted in 3DSpace.

  Benefits: Enriching the list of supported PLM objects makes 3DPlay Web App the essential app for reading any type of content.

• Turning On Search Suggested Categories

  The Search Suggested Categories option is now disabled by default and the secondary search menu displays results that match all available sources instead of specific categories of sources. You can still turn on the search suggested categories option and specify the categories to display.

  Benefits: The secondary search menu can dynamically display results from all sources.

• Allowing End Users to Restrict Their Searches to Specific Attributes

  You can allow end users to restrict their searches to the title attribute or, if they have the Collaborative Industry Innovator role, to one of up to 3 attributes of your choice.

  Benefits: End users can directly search in the attributes they are the most interested in instead of refining results manually.

• New Enable column width autofit by default for table view Option

  You can turn on Enable column width autofit by default for table view to make all the columns automatically adapt their widths to fit their content in Table View.

  Benefits: In Table View, the content in the columns is always legible.
