Why Improved supplier collaboration through the ability to create, update, and manage technical data packages |
How - A new application is now available that will provide the ability to create Technical Data Packages (TDP) to share with suppliers and other parties involved in the product development process.
- The TDP will contain the information to support the acquisition of products, production, engineering, and logistics support issues.
- The TDP can define the required design configuration(s) or performance requirement(s), and procedure(s) required to ensure a specific product performance is reached.
