Good day,

I am running the analysis of a shell dome. The geometry and loading are axisymmetric. This means that I used axisymmetric shell elements (SAX) for the mesh. The analysis completes with the following warnings:
1- There are 2 unconnected regions in the model.
2- Solver problem. Numerical singularity when processing node PART-1-2.42 D.O.F. 2 ratio = 951.982E+12 
When I plot the stress versus the arc length from the edge of the shell, I just get a horizontal line passing through zero, though I am supposed to get a curve.
Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this?
