I am a very new user of ABAQUS (Release 6.12). Working through a tutorial and despite saving after creating a part it does not seem to be retained in the memory. Hence name of part created does not appear in the model tree, and cannot therefore assign any properties. Suggestions on what I need to do would be appreciated.
