Hello, I am new to ABAQUS. I am new to ABAQUS and am trying to model and set up a quasi-static analysis of a Kapton accordion fold in ABAQUS, but I am having trouble getting the membrane to fold along the creases. The current modeling is done by extruding a fold line with an obtuse angle. According to previous research, we found a way to achieve this by adding a compression step with a rigid plate or by making the crease a rotating hinge, but we did not know the specific modeling method or various settings. We would be grateful if you could provide us with a solution.
