forces at link ends?

I am modeling the above cam/linkage.  all of the links are deformable.  I am being asked to measure the forces at each 'pin' joint. I started modeling the 'pins' as mpc's at the pin bore in each link with a hinge connector in between. The simulation (implicit, dynamic) runs but I can not measure the forces or moments at the pins.

I tried adding a weld connector between the mpc ref nodes and the hinge - still no force or moment output.

I tried using a rigid constraint instead of the mpc - no luck.

I tried using kinematic, structural and continuum distributed couplings, both with and without the weld conector element - nothing.

 

For all of the attempts the history output card is not even being written to the input deck. 

 

For a linkage with deformable members, is there a way to set the model up to be able to record the forces and moments at each joint?
