I am currently trying to replicate the geometry in the picture along the x-axis (namely, making the track longer). This can be achieved using a LinearInstancePattern in ABAQUS scripting, and copies also all the sets corresponding to the surfaces. However, I would also like to replicate in all the other instances the sets and surfaces of this single part that are defined at the level of the rootAssembly of the original model. I would need this, in order to re-define all the constraints as well. Is this easily achievable? Would it be possible to get some sort of guidance?
