Comparing numerical and experimental data using the data matching component on Isight

Hello all, I am using #Data matching component on Isight to compare numerical and experimental curve, and calculating the sum of square difference between them. I have a small question related to the implementation of sum of square difference calculation on Isight. My question follows, referring to the attached image. On the one image, you see the green dashed line, which shows the default way that Isight calculates the lower bound of the curve. In the other image, you see the red dashed line, which defines the lower bound of the curve the way I defined. My question is, If I define my lower bound of the curve in the way I show on the image with red dashed line, does Isight calculates the sum of square difference just for the region between the red dashed line or does it calculate it for the entire curve like I show on the other image with green dashed line? Thank you in advance for your time and effort in answering my question.
