Hello,

I am working on coupling my fluid solver with Abaqus/Explicit for supersonic flows. I intend to capture both pressure and viscous affects on the surface. Reading through documentation I understand that VDLOAD is most likely what I am looking for but I am uncertain as to how the shear forces should be applied. Abaqus/Standard has UTRACLOAD for traction loads but I do not see a comparable Abaqus/Explicit method. Is it appropriate to supply shear loads with Abaqus/Explicit? What method should be used to do so?
