I'm modelling reinforced concrete panel subjected to blast load (CONWEP). I don't have problem with applying johnson-cook material model to the steel rebar. I have stress-strain relationships of concrete at different strain-rate (unit mm/mm/s). I tried to apply the relationship into the concrete damage plasticity model by ticking "use stress-strain-dependent data". I also run another model without the strain-rate effect. However, when comparing the two models, the one with strain-rate-dependent data returned  weird results, the panel deflected excessively as compared to the results from one without strain-rate effect

I attach here how i apply the material properties for simplicity i only apply tensile stress-strain for static strain-rate (0.000001 1/s) and 100 1/s

 please give me some guidance on how to encounter this problem
