Dear Simulia Community.

I am an administrator of the Kelvin-2 HPC. We have a license for Abaqus hosted in a FLEXNET server.

Recently, I upgraded our installation of Abaqus to the version 2023. But it can not connect to the license server.

I did the same procedure that was already working in the 2020 version, I modified the file

~abaqus/2023/linux_a64/SMA/site/EstablishedProductsConfig.ini

and added the lines to define the server

LICENSE_SERVER_TYPE=flex
FLEX_LICENSE_CONFIG=27000@
ACADEMIC_TYPE=research

But it does not work, when I open Abaqus, it gives an error, that no licenses are available. I have checked in the server, and there are actually more than one hundred licenses available at the time of the test.

Help will be much appreciated.
