Dear all!

I want to simulate the compression test on a Gyroid structure up to the fracture point. I tried to do the same by using Johnson-Cook damage model for the material. I have also toggled on element deletion while generating the mesh and requested the STATUS output in the field output request. 

But, I am getting the force displacement plot up to complete crushing of the structure i.e. 100% strain. Could anyone please tell me how can I model the compression test up to the material damage point? I am interested to calculate the toughness from the obtained stress-strain plot.
