Is there any direct procedure like in ls-dyna for performing dynamic relaxation analysis in Abaqus? 

Query 1

My problem is regarding the preload of specimen before transient dynamic load analysis. I want the stresses to be relaxed after a preload such that a steady state can be reached before dynamic load analysis.

A further challange to the problem is when i need to import the stress state from one dynamic analysis of the specimen to another transient dynamic analysis and do dynamic relaxation time step before transient dynamic analysis step. (P.s. I know the procedure to import stress states but less idea regarding the relaxation of stresses step such that the next dymanic analysis is under steady state condition).
