Hi!
About a week and a half ago, I asked a question about an error I was having in regards to my solid-fluid cosimulation timing out. But, after running my problem on the university computer cluster, I no longer encountered the error. However, a new problem has occurred. The problem appears to get stuck early in the analysis when going to ABAQUS/Standard. I get the below message from the log file:
"standard" license request queued for the License Server
with the amount of total amount of time it has been stuck in the queue. It never progresses beyond this point despite however long I run the analysis. I ran the getting started tutorial of flow through a bent tube and it seemed to run just fine. However, my problem is a bit larger. As stated above, I am running this through the campus cluster and am using a batch file to command ABAQUS to run the cosimulation as follows:
./abaqus cosimulation cosimjob=biofilm job=biofilm-fluid,biofilm-solid configure=biofilm_config cpus=6 interactive timeout=3600
I defined the model in ABAQUS/CAE and created an input file for both the fluid and solid. Then, I did a data-check. In turn, the configuration file was created and I used this file for the analysis. (I followed this same approach in running the getting started example, and it appeared to work.) Any guidance would be appreciated. If I need to upload any of my files, please let me know. Thanks and have a great day!
