Hi, I need to study the effect of an implant size on bone constraint stress. I modelled a bone with both the cortical (Young modulus of 20GPa) and spongious (Young modulus of 200MPa) parts. I did the assembly with the implant (Young modulus of 110GPa). I tied up the two parts of the bone and created a frictional property between the implant and the bone. The force is applied on the bone head. However, I can't manage to get coherent results (there's no stress on the spongious part), can anyone help me please ?
