Abaqus 2022 - Negative eigenvalues and excessive distortion

I'm trying to model two bodies (C3D4H) interacting with a rigid body, based on their orphan meshes (arm 3D scan geometry processed and created by using MATLAB Toolbox GibbonCode, the .inp file is also created with this toolboox). Both bodies are defined as solid continuum (Yeoh model), the contact properties are defined in normal and tangential behaviour, a contact initialization is also added, the contact pair is configure using the "Find Contact pair..." function which defines both contacts with the rigid body (surface to surface), boundary conditions fixes the ends of the geometry and apply 4 loads on the reference point of the rigid body. The step parameters are: nlgeo is on; maximum number of iterations 10000; increments are initial: 1e-5, minimum 1e-12, maximum 0.001, However, I encounter the errors mentioned on the title. I've been troubleshooting for a couple of weeks checking the numerical consistency in terms of the loads and geometry (the maximum distance is approx. 3000 that represents 30cm, in this sense if I want to apply a momentum of 3Nm, the momentum set as load it should be 30000), I also tried to run the simulation using the corresponding length unit (1 unit L = 1 mm) but it happens the same. I also checked the material coefficients and the material is stable. 

I appreciate the guidance to solve this issue and understand why is not working.
