Dear SIMULIA Community,

I am experiencing an issue with the installation of Abaqus Learning Edition 2024. After installing the program, I attempted to launch Abaqus CAE using the Start menu shortcut, but upon clicking the Abaqus CAE file, the command prompt opens with the following error message: "Abaqus Error: Abaqus/CAE Kernel exited with an error."

I have already reviewed the Learning Edition FAQs but have not been able to resolve the problem, especially since the steps from "Starting CAE in a directory that is not writable" onwards are unclear to me.

During installation, I selected the default installation folder, which is C:\\SIMULIA.

Additionally, upon opening the verify.log file, I found the following errors:

Verify test : Abaqus parametric studies verification

  - 'Abaqus/Standard parametric studies' Failed.

  - 'Abaqus/Explicit parametric studies' Failed.

Additionally, running Abaqus/CAE in verbose mode it displays this:

Has anyone encountered a similar issue or can provide guidance on how to resolve this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
