Hello,

I am using 2025x FD 01 OnPremise environment.

The product structure is not getting loaded in the product structure editor app and is giving below error message:

1. New objects might not have been indexed, objects may have been deleted, or you may no longer have the required access. 
2. Unknown attribute on platform OnPremise

I have attached the snapshots.

This error is also show in Product explorer, 3D Navigate, 3D Compose and 3D Markup.

However, I can load the data in Engineering release widget, 3D Play.

I tried with imported 3dxml data and also tried with creating fresh new product structure.

The structures are properly loaded in the native application though.

Kindly advice / help.
