Hi, is there a way to load a filter applied product structure in MQL or in JPO?

Let's assume product configuration is already setup and the link from a physical product structure and a product config is stored somehow. How do I apply that product configuration to filter the product structure in the backend?

I can achieve the same thing in XEN or even in native app. Not sure how to apply config in the backend.. Is API the only solution?
