Dear all,

As of now we are using bookmark urls (18x terminology-Later "Favorites" under 19x) in project management for the users to refer to external sources of information via an url link.

This works fine under project management, but those url link can be created/stored in our understanding in another way than in the context of a project.

Would somebody know another way to create URL links in the platform that would serve the same purpose but be more flexible. We could think some provide part having a link a page describing a standard, etc...
