ダウンロードし、シリアル番号を入力し、インストールまでは順調でしたが
プログラムの起動でエラーメッセージが出てしまいます。

The program has stopped workingu due to unexpected error
but crash report wasn't able to run sender process and send the error
report

と表示されます。

対処法をご教示願います。
