I have a Windows 8 machine that I just downloaded DraftSight to.  During installation I get the following error:

Error 1317 Draftsight could not access C\\Program Data\\Application Data folder.

Now, I can't access that file and I'm an administrator.  I can access my own app data folder in the user tree under my user name but not the one on the outside of the user folder.

Any idea what this is about?  I have full permission on my machine.  Am I missing anything?
